What is a “Brazilian Butt Lift?”
A Brazilian butt lift is a specialized fat transfer procedure that augments the size and shape of the buttocks without implants. Excess fat is removed from the hips, abdomen, lower back, or thighs with liposuction, and a portion of this fat is then strategically injected into the buttocks.
A “Brazilian Butt Lift” is the term given to a surgery that involves transferring fat via liposuction to the buttocks. This fat is typically removed from the thighs, hips, back, or abdomen. It was developed as an alternative to buttock implants. It provides a more natural look.

Brazilian Butt Lift Surgery After Care
Having an operation done on your buttocks is no joke. Post-surgery, patients must typically wait two weeks before sitting down or lying down directly on their buttocks.
Because of this, patients must sleep on their side or stomach. Sitting is not allowed, except for using the toilet. After several days of recovery, patients may be allowed to sit using a donut seat cushion or similar support. This may continue for 8 weeks post-op.
